Our two-man white glove delivery service ensures your customers experience a smooth and enjoyable delivery experience. Our uniformed home deliveries teams will contact customers one hour prior to delivery/collection for convenience and will be prepared with blankets, shoe covers and gloves to protect customers’ property.
We also have access to crane and lifting platform services for those difficult deliveries where access is an issue.
The service includes unpacking and inspection of goods and positioning in the customers’ homes, as well as assembly or installation.
We can pick up from customers’ addresses and remove products to be replaced.
In addition, we can provide three or four-man home delivery services teams for larger jobs, as well as specialist furniture installation.
We will call customers pre-delivery with a two or four hour time window. If we get held up in traffic, we will advise the customer and keep them informed.
